While the mainstream US media chant with one voice for war and to place full responsibility for the Ukraine crisis on Russia, a cursory investigation of NATO’s meddling in Ukraine’s affairs for more than a decade reveals how economic interests of weapons manufacturers and the fossil fuel industry have led to the military conflict we’re experiencing today.

The Nord Stream pipeline, which was constructed to convey liquid natural gas from Russia to Germany, may run dry if the US government has its way. Suggesting that financial considerations may have played a role in the Biden administration’s refusal to negotiate with Russia, the attack on Ukraine will likely compel Germany to refuse natural gas from Russia and instead remain dependent on US-based suppliers.

Politicians and members of the media have nearly universally expressed shock and dismay at Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, but their incredulity is belied by the fact that numerous Russia experts and historians have been predicting these events practically since the fall of the Berlin Wall, pointing out that a Russian response to ongoing NATO incursions was virtually inevitable.
4. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine and the resulting cries of “We are all Ukraine,” many have been eager to downplay the proliferation of ***-***** in Ukrainian paramilitary groups, the Ukrainian armed forces and even parts of the government.
5. Ukraine Officially Adopts Nazi Slogan For Military
Ukraine war boosters are desperate to de-Nazi the Ukrainian military, but members of the Azov Battallion, the C14 group and any number of other paramilitary organizations seem determined to flaunt their neo-Nazi pride. Most recently, the Ukrainian military even adopted the Na**-era slogan of "Glory to Ukraine!”, making apologists’ job all the more difficult.
